To look down on the ice
From a row eight seat eight view
It doesn't quite work out
How we expect it to...


Todd Eldredge back again
Old and obsolete
Tho' tripling his quad
He gets a World Team seat


Thats what we're hoping for
But when he missed his quad
Vancouver didn't seem the place
for Triple Axel Todd


The Weiss fans laugh a bit
Then settle back before
Their champion skates,a-waving signs
aquired at the door...

The leader past the short
One of the better jumpers in
The hist'ry of the sport... OHH...


Eldredge fans, Goebel fans,
Mike didn't disappoint
He missed his quad, and from then on,
His bid for Worlds was ruint...OHH...


Next was Matt Savoie
He jumped to second place
But don't get too excited yet
With Goebel still to skate


Though he missed his quad
A rare and ugly thing
Got up and skated well
The cheers of his fans ring


Nationals, Nationals,
the new Vancouver team,
Goebel, gold and Eldredge,silver
Realising their dreams..OH...


Michael Weiss, big disgrace
A pewter sort of thing
Just had to fall and show the world
That Todd is still the king...
